Solo Training: A one-hour totally-supervised one-on-one training session that includes cardio, strength, flexibility, balance/stability conditioning.

Pricing for Single Sessions, 8-Session, or 12-Session Packages



Duet Training: Bring a friend, family member, or significant other to share in a one-hour totally-supervised training session.

Pricing for 8-Session or, 12-Session Packages


Trio Training: Special pricing, special payment plans for groups of no more than 3 at a time, for one-hour sessions.



Half-time Training: Do your own cardio for 30-45 minutes, then work with your trainer for the last half hour.

Pricing for 8-Session or 15-Session Packages


Good Vibrations Training: Any of the above training sessions may be augmented with WHOLE BODY VIBRATION for enhanced strength, flexibility, and/or bone density. (A $5 surcharge per person is added to each session.)
