Osa Omoregie
Osa received a BS in Athletic Training from Middle Tennessee State University. He is a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC) as well as a certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT). He has worked for Baptist Sports Medicine in their outreach program for high school athletics including Franklin High, Oakland, Hillsboro, Hickman as well as collegiate athletics at MTSU and Fisk. Osa has evaluated and treated athletes and their injuries at TSSAA tournaments. He has assisted people in rehabilitation at various Baptist Outpatient clinics and is currently assisting Saint Thomas Hospital’s Inpatient Rehabilitation department in the treatment of their patients. He is also seeking his MS in Medicine at Trevecca to accomplish his goal in becoming a Physician Assistant.
Osa enjoys running, playing sports, weightlifting, and rock climbing. In order to stay healthy and encourage others to be healthy, he believes in establishing discipline, personal accountability, realistic goals, and a supportive, positive attitude for newfound and ongoing fitness lifestyles.
