Dee Vsetecka

Dee received a B.A. in Exercise Science from Messiah College in Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and a certified massage therapist. Dee is on the US National Aussie Rules Football team, and serves as the captain and fitness coach for the Nashville Kangaroos. Dee uses his knowledge of biomechanics to help his clients move better, and he believes in setting measurable goals so they can achieve high standards within their capabilities.
